Um verdadeiro professor provoca os brios conscienciais de seus alunos. Um orientador que tem energia e a utiliza em seus contatos nunca é neutro, gerará lotes de simpatia e de antipatia, enquanto um orientador neutro, focado somente na técnica não gerará lotes extremos de simpatia ou antipatia gerando sentimentos também neutros.
Assim aqueles que trabalham, aparecem, produzem e geram um tanto de empatia positiva nos que lhe são simpáticos e sentimentos antagônicos em seus contrários, porém a empatia positiva resultante gera uma sinergia que por si só dilui as energias negativas que implodem em si mesmas nas revoltas das minorias negativas.
Como cada ser exala em sua aura todo seu caráter, personalidade, pensamentos, sentimentos e energia, todas as informações de sua consciência são um livro aberto a outros mesmo inconscientemente, é um processo natural e forte.
Desta forma existem aqueles que nos repelem sem conhecermos e sem dizerem uma palavra e àqueles que nos são simpáticos antes de nos perceber.
Dentro da área educacional que é um subconjunto importante da área consciencial que a tudo abrange o fator contágio-leitura energética são fatos contundentes e inegáveis, pois o rapport e o acoplamento áurico e assimilação bioenergética entre as bolhas áuricas do comunicador ativo (professor) para os comunicadores passivos (alunos) é mais intenso e susceptível de acontecer.
Desta forma o mestre, o professor, o orientador, o guru, o líder, o gerente, o administrador como ápice da pirâmide informacional é epicentro consciencial motivador, catalizador e instigador de pensamentos, sentimentos e energias dos alunos, discípulos, funcionários, orientados ou seguidores e quanto mais consciente e responsável, mais responsabiliza os percipientes recebedores dos heterodesafios conscienciais a fim de se superarem.
Um bom e dinâmico professor que conhece e lida com bioenergias em sala de aula conhece seus alunos de forma geral por suas auras e os “provoca” com objetividade clara ou por vias de sutileza e discrição gerando uma diversidade de reações positivas, simpáticas se aceitas autodesafiadoras ou serão repelidas por egos exacerbados que se ofendem ante o desafio, não do professor que é mero agente consciente e catalizador do processo de esclarescimento consciencial do aluno e como parte do karma e do dharma do mesmo, havendo aliás uma reciprocidade inexorável neste processo relativo, temporal e cósmico do micro-universo kármico existencial que os circundam burilando as consci~encias de ambos.

Conscientious teacher
A real teacher provokes his students’ conscientious nerves. An advisor who has energy and uses it in his contacts is never neutral, he will generate lots of affection and disaffection, while a neutral advisor, only focused in technical skills and will not generate extreme lots of affection or disaffection causing feelings that are also neutral.
Therefore, the ones who work will show up, produce and generate some affection in the ones that are their affectionate and they will as well generate antagonistic feelings in their unalike fellowmen. However, the positive resulting empathy generates a synergy that by itself can dilute the negative energies that implode within themselves in the revolt of the negative minorities.
Since any being exhales in its own aura its own character, personality, thoughts, feelings and energy, all the information in your consciousness is an open book to other people even unconsciously.
Thus, there are the ones who reject us without knowing us and without saying a single word and the ones who are our affectionate before we even realize it.
Inside the educational area which is an important subdivision of the conscientious area that encloses everything the energetic reading contagious factor are evident and irrefutable facts, because the rapport and the aural interlacement and bio-energetic assimilation among the aural bubbles of the active communicator (teacher) towards the passive communicators (pupils) is more intense and susceptible to happen.
Therefore, the master, teacher, advisor, guru, leader, manager, administrator, as the apex of the informational pyramid, is the conscientious motivator epicenter, catalyzer and inciter of thoughts, feelings and energies of the pupils, disciples, workers, advisees or followers and the more conscious and responsible he is, the more responsible he makes the perceivable receivers of the conscientious hetero-challenges in order to overcome themselves.
A good dynamic teacher who knows and deals with bio-energies in classrooms will know his students in a general way through their auras and “provokes” them through a clear aim or through subtle and discreet manners generating a diversity of positive reactions, nice if accepted self-challenging or they will be rejected by exacerbated selves that get offended by the challenge, not from the teacher who is just a simple conscious and catalyzer of the process of conscientious clarifying of the pupil and as a share of his karma and dharma, so there is an inexorable reciprocity in this relative, timely and cosmic process of the existential karmic micro-universe that surrounds them, chipping the consciousnesses of both.
If a disciple is a master’s karma, then a master is a disciple’s karma, because for each action there is a correspondent reaction which is similar or opposite, even in different time, places or dimensions.
